Practice Update

Face coverings:

Although from 27th January 2022 this will no longer be a legal requirement, the practice would appreciate all patients to continue to wear face coverings when entering the building; this is to protect yourself, other patients and the practice clinical and administrative staff.

Patients arriving without a mask will be offered one before they enter.

Appointments at the practice:

While we continue to increase the number of face-to-face appointments, these are still only bookable following a telephone consultation with the GP first. Following your consultation with the GP, if it is felt that a further face-to-face appointment is necessary, they will arrange this with you during the call. Nurse appointments and blood tests continue to be booked normally.

Prescriptions:

These will continue to be requested online where possible and sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy. Collection of prescriptions from the practice will not be available. Prescription requests will not be accepted over the telephone.

We thank you for your patience during this time. The practice continues to ensure that we provide you with a safe service and we appreciate your continued cooperation.

Flu Vaccinations

The Manor Practice is providing flu vaccinations to eligible patients through Sutton Town Hall and at the Practice. If you have not been contacted about your flu vaccination and believe you are eligible, please contact the surgery.
