The Surgery Opening Hours are:

  • Monday to Friday – 8.00am – 6.30pm
    (Mondays at Ashfurlong 6.30pm – 8.15pm only)
  • Saturday – 8.00am – 12.00pm
    (at Ashfurlong Medical Centre only)

Please contact the surgery between 8.00am and 12.30pm and 1.30pm and 6.00pm Monday to Friday to make an appointment.

Please note, appointments are currently being offered to all patients via triage and/or video consultations during the current pandemic.

Face to face appointments are being given once a clinician has triaged the patient and feels an on site appointment is clinically necessary

Routine appointments are booked for 10 minutes. If you have a more complex problem or several problems to discuss, please book a double appointment with reception to allow the doctor extra time with you.

The Manor Practice is now offering telephone consultations that will improve access arrangements for our patients. The Receptionists have been requested by the Doctor to gain brief details regarding the problem and a contact telephone number so that the Doctor can call patients back within the hour.

Extended Access

From Friday 1st May 2020 the practice will be offering extended access appointments Mondays – Fridays 18:30-20:30 and Saturdays 08:00-16:00.

These appointments are being made available to patients who are registered with practices within our primary care network. (The Manor Practice at both James Preston & Ashfurlong, Ashfield Practice and Hawthorns Practice) during the current coronavirus appointments will be via a video consultation
