Complaints Procedure

We hope that if you have a problem, you will use our Practice Complaints Procedure please request a leaflet from our Reception. Our Practice Manager  will ensure that the complaint is investigated as thoroughly and quickly as possible. We believe this will give us the best chance of putting right whatever has gone wrong and an opportunity to improve our practice.

However you may choose to contact NHS England on 0300 311 2233 between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday to resolve the issue.

Support and advice to patients making a compliant can be obtained from NHS Complaints Advocacy Service, POhWER Advocacy Services on 0300 456 2370.

You may also approach the Patient Experience team for help or advice;
The Patient Experience Team are based at Kingston House 438-450 High Street West Bromwich B70 9LD who provide confidential advice and support, helping you to sort out any concerns you may have about the care we provide, guiding you through the different services available from the NHS.
